The aim of the course in Ergonomics applied to web & app design was to learn how to organise a website and an app according to the basic rules of ergonomics. Starting with a study of the Esselunga supermarket brand, analysing its website, app and three main competitors, we first categorised the sections of the website, then reorganised them to make the structure less articulated and merged related sections that were initially separate. Finally we worked on the design, making the service simpler, more appealing and intuitive.
